As part of our extensive diagnosis, an AMS Engineer will find the cause of crashes, lockups, unusual slowness or Internet problems. The Engineer will then provide solutions to the issues including software repair and virus and spyware removal. In addition, AMS will clean your computer and optimize it for faster speed and better performance.
An AMS engineer will:
- Troubleshoot one computer using approved tools
- Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.)
- Remove all viruses and spyware on the computer
- Apply all operating system critical updates
- Remove any unneeded startup items and unneeded programs
- Test operating system for proper functionality
- Conduct a physical cleaning of the computer
- Provide you with an estimated cost for any hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution, if necessary
When setting up your computer, an AMS Engineer will:
- Physically set up one PC or Mac computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
- Organize wires and cables
- Install one new software application (software not included)
- Install all peripheral or external devices (devices not included)
- Configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account
- Test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly

Rate for Labor of Repair Is $65.00 Plus Parts (Unusual Circumstances Slightly Higher)
